AppPay provides alternative payment solutions for App Store and Google Play applications when users' bank cards are not supported by these platforms. Our service facilitates payments for mobile applications and subscriptions through alternative payment methods.

4. Payment Processing

Once a payment has been processed and the requested application or subscription has been purchased, no cancellations or refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Our Service operates in compliance with the terms of service and policies of Apple Inc. and Google Inc. Users must comply with all applicable App Store and Google Play Store policies, including but not limited to age restrictions, regional availability, and content guidelines. We are not responsible for any violations of platform policies by users or for any consequences arising from such violations.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. We collect and process only the information necessary to provide our Service. We do not store sensitive payment information and use industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of our Service.
